Currently, in measured time, I am 54 years old, that’s 648.443 months of lived experience, give or take. And yes, I proudly stand 5'3.25 inches tall, because in a world that tries to shrink us, every inch matters. When you add it all up-the cycles, the struggles, the sacred lessons. That’s six figures worth of time, healing, and growth. And that has to count for something, right?

I’m not here to sell you a quick fix or another empty promise. I’m here to offer what I’ve earned, truth, clarity, and soul-led support, shaped by everything I’ve lived through. From childhood trauma, betrayal, and sabotage... To financial collapse, medical manipulation, and emotional burnout. I’ve been through it all. Rinse and repeat.

So when I say “I’m qualified,” it’s not a title, it’s a testimony. I know what it’s like to lose yourself. To start over with nothing.To question your sanity... and then remember who you really are. Everything changed the day I stopped outsourcing my power, when I broke away from the systems, the survival loops, and the trauma cycles that kept trying to write my story for me. That’s when my real healing began.

Becoming a holistic practitioner and earth rooted healer isn’t just what I do, it’s how I live. My work is rooted in divine design, lived experience, and unshakable spiritual law. Now, I walk with others who are ready to do the same. My testimony is my Ministry!

What I Bring to the Table?

My wisdom is both lived and learned, and I bring the best of both worlds. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration, with deep studies in: Accounting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. Human Resource Management and Organizational Systems. Behavioral & Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Rehabilitation. Family Counseling and Aligned Health Care. Ultrasound, Women’s Wellness, and Dietetic Support, just to name a few. This means I understand how the systems are built, how they fail us, and how to help exit survival mode with truth, alignment, and real-life tools.

I combine this formal education with over 432.295 months, give or take of embodied wisdom from the School of Hard Knocks, in my opinion one knock is one too many.
My approach blends: Faith-based spiritual alignment. Financial restoration and reparation. Holistic wellness rooted in Earth, body, spirit and soul. Practical guidance for those done with matrix trickery, the middleman, and the mask. I speak on what most won’t. I teach what I’ve lived and have a thirst to learn and know more.

I walk alongside those who are ready to rise—in truth, not theory.
