My work exists to support people in returning to their natural rhythm through nourishment, movement, ritual, and grounded presence so growth can unfold without force.

coach | Competitor | practitioner

I'm a holistic practitioner, movement artist, and educator rooted in lived experience, formal training, and earth-based wisdom.

My work centers on helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and live with greater clarity, vitality, and self-trust. I approach healing as a return to wholeness, not something to chase, but something to remember.

I don't offer quick fixes or empty promises. I offer grounded guidance shaped by real life, real loss, and real integration.

Credentials & Experience

I bring together formal education, professional training, and decades of embodied practice.

Embodied Experience

15+ years in holistic health & wormen's wellness

This background allows me to understand both how systems are built and where they fail the human body.

My Philosophy

I honor the body as sacred ground, the earth as a living teacher. Creativity as medicine, and lived experience as a valid form of wisdom.

Healing, to me, is not about perfection - it's about realignment with the body, with nature, and with truth.

I speak from lived experience, not theory. I've navigated trauma, illness, burnout, and rebuilding from the ground up. That journey informs my work, but it does not define it. What matters most is what I offer now: grounded presence, practical insight, and support rooted in reality.

Where to Begin

Most people begin by exploring my YouTube Library, where I share conversations on body awareness, movement, nourishment, creativity, and alternative ways of living.

WHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING

I recommend this program to every woman left to their own devices figuring this stuff out. Once I chose me it was easy for me to stick with it.

I wish I had this program years ago, at the beginning stages what seemed to be for me a midlife crisis

This is the best decision for me. My doctor visits are yearly visits again. I highly recommend Tagg’s approach for holistic services for any woman at any age.
