Tend
Know what needs care. Nourish it at the root.
The hearth has always been the heart of the home. Before medicine cabinets, there were kitchens, gardens, and apothecaries... places where nourishment was grown, remedies were prepared, and knowledge was passed from one generation to the next.
Through HTMA, plant-based nourishment, herbs, growing, and home apothecary, we begin with greater clarity rather than guesswork. The intention is not to collect more products or prescriptions but to understand what may support your body and build a home practice that keeps giving.
My mission is to help restore that relationship, one home at a time. Do you know the root cause of your discomfort?
Unfold
Unfolding begins when we allow the body, spirit, and inner knowing to become part of the prayer, the memory, and the meaning.
Unfold is a spiritual reflection space for intuitive readings, inner listening, moon cycle practices, and personal guidance.
These sessions and gatherings are designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what is asking to be seen, released, or understood. Unfold is about presence, reflection, clarity, and allowing your next layer of understanding to reveal itself.
Ceremony
Meaningful moments deserve to be lived through the body... this is ceremony.
Movement is more than exercise, and dance is more than performance. They are ways of gathering, connecting, celebrating, releasing, and becoming fully present to our bodies and the life unfolding around us.
Through ceremonial movement, seasonal gatherings, wedding dances, and embodied practice, we create space to honor beginnings, transitions, commitments, and personal renewal.
Some moments are meant to be witnessed, remembered, and carried forward in the body.
Create
Make something that carries a piece of you.
Creativity is not reserved for artists, designers, or people with unlimited time. It is a way of expressing who we are, caring for what surrounds us, and bringing beauty into everyday life.
Through personal style, sewing, crafting, beauty, and thoughtfully prepared project kits, I make the creative process easier to enter. Materials, tools, patterns, and step-by-step guidance are brought together so you can spend less time searching for missing answers and more time enjoying what you create.
You do not have to make everything yourself. But when you choose to create, you deserve a process that feels encouraging, complete, and possible.

Everything created here... every service, gathering, lesson, product, project, and shared resources... is a pathway back to self and a contribution toward the Garden Ministry.
The Garden is where knowledge is shared, hands are put to work, nourishment is cultivated, and people are encouraged to become more active participants in their own lives.

My journey into holistic wellness wasn't born from having all the answers. It was born from living through years of chronic illness, autoimmune challenges, hormonal imbalance, chronic pain, and learning how to rebuild my life one intentional step at a time.
Through Kiss My Artsy (my ministry, my mission, my passion), I encourage others to reconnect with their human nature, bring more of life back in-house, and become the warrior in their own garden.
