Ceremony

Before we learned to explain ourselves, we knew how to express ourselves. We moved! We cried! We laughed! We sang! We danced. We sighed, moaned, groaned, shook, stretched, reached, and breathed.

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to quiet the body, to hold back the sound, control the movement, swallow the emotion, and make ourselves easier to understand.

Ceremony is an invitation to express again.

Through movement, breath, sound, rhythm, intention, and ritual, we create space for what is living inside of you to have somewhere to go. Not everything needs to be fixed. Not everything needs to be explained. Sometimes, it needs to be expressed.

Whether you come to reconnect with yourself, move with a partner, or create alongside a community, Ceremony gives meaning a physical language. Meaningful moments deserve to be lived through the body.
